Almond Bridge Country House obtained Rights to the sulphur spring water for the purpose of 're-creating' a SPA. The original source of the outlet is in the middle of town (now with a shopping complex built on top). We had to channel the water through a one kilometer pipe from the center of town onto our property.

A Sample of “Mineral Spring” Water Certificate of Analysis was completed in 1995 by R van der Meulen (Pr.Sci.Nat.). The results concluded that Malmesbury’s mineral water has a high sulphur content which is known for helping patients who suffer with arthritis and rheumatism, verifying the much evidence about the sulphur water that the town was built on.
